Bau-Data is Austria’s construction project research service. Bau-Data researches construction projects planned by public sector and private sector developers both in terms of building construction and civil engineering. The range of research is rounded off with private sector developments consisting of detached or semi-detached houses and projects planned by agricultural developers.

With its portal bau-docu Österreich, Bau-Data GesmbH provides all involved in the construction process with quick and simple access to building product information and planning aids, including tender invitation texts and CAD files.

Austria is a country for subsidies. Hardly any other country offers this amount of support for energy-efficient building and the use of regenerative forms of energy – two out of three local authorities offer subsidies!

In our database for subsidies you can discover the possibilities available for your location. We currently have information on almost 4,500 subsidies from the federal government, the states, local authorities and energy-supply companies.

Developers and modernizers can use our online service free of charge. After completing the questionnaire, the user is given a list of those sponsoring programmes that offer possibilities – directly and online. As a licensee, a company can integrate the database in its online appearance and thereby profit directly from enquiries at the sales level.
