November 9, 2010 is the date of the annual construction conference organized by Docu Media Schweiz GmbH in the “Kongress- und Kulturzentrum” Lucerne, which will be revolving around the topical subject of “sustainability.” How important has sustainability become in the general economy?
What are its consequences for existing fields of business?
Will sustainability continue to affect these fields of business in the future?
Does sustainability offer opportunities for manufacturers and suppliers in the building industry?

These questions will be covered by well-known speakers from the fields of business, architecture and politics, highlighting different aspects of sustainable projects and providing their own personal interpretation. On Tuesday, October 26, 2010, the University of Applied Sciences (FH) in Cologne will host a symposium on "Ingenhoven Architects – Sky Office Düsseldorf."

The event is organized by the Faculty for Architecture of the University for Applied Sciences in Cologne in cooperation with DBZ Deutsche Bauzeitschrift by Bauverlag publishers, and industry cooperation partners.
The objective of these events is to provide comprehensive information on specific subjects to construction professionals, reporting on the latest developments and the ever-changing state of the art of technology. The topics will unfold around prominent building projects presented by the editors of leading architectural/construction magazines, or the architects themselves.
